It’s hard to believe that within a month we put our house on the market, sold it and found a new home to move into. This is a personal story of what I did to manifest all of this and the tools I used to make it happen. The real estate market is nuts in our area too, and it favours sellers. Were we scared to sell before buying? You bet. I share the reasons why it was critical for us to sell first even in such a wild market. What’s your craziest home buying story?
